Conditions and payment terms

A minimum 2 night stay applies over long weekends and special events.
We accept Mastercard & Visa with no surcharge.

Your mobile number is required at time of reservation, to contact you on your day of arrival with check in details.

Please provide us with your email address as we would like to offer you discounts and other promotional material.

COVID-related cancellations will be refunded in full.

Arrival and departure times

The villas are available from 3.00 pm on the first day of your stay and need to be vacated by 10.00 am on your departure day, unless other arrangements are made. We can be flexible, depending on availability.

The villas are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in a suite, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200, which will be charged to the guest’s account.

We recognise that accidents can occur, but any willful or reckless loss or damages will be debited to the guest’s account.
